1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Paper Street Software Company, LLC ("Paper Street Software," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company. By accessing our website at paperstreetsoftware.com or engaging our services, you accept and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Description of Services

Paper Street Software provides monthly subscription services to home-service businesses, including:

• Go Live ($99/mo) — Domain registration, hosting, and a professionally built basic website with one content or design change per month.
• Get Found ($200/mo) — Google Business Profile management, regular posts and photo updates, review response management, and local SEO monitoring.
• Never Miss a Lead ($300/mo) — A 24/7 AI-powered virtual assistant handling website chat, SMS, voice calls, appointment booking, estimates, FAQs, and lead follow-up.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

All services are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide at the applicable monthly rate.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at paperstreetsoftware@gmail.com or by calling (737) 387-5810.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the then-current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months of service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with outstanding balances after reasonable notice.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services.
• Promptly supply content, approvals, and feedback reasonably needed for us to deliver your services.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not resell, sublicense, or transfer your subscription to any third party without our written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you supply to us — including your business name, logo, photos, and written materials — remains your property. We obtain a limited license to use it solely to provide your services.

All software, tools, systems, processes, templates, and platform infrastructure developed or used by Paper Street Software remain our exclusive property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our proprietary systems to you.

Custom website content (text, images, and design) produced for you under a subscription becomes your property upon full payment, subject to any third-party licenses (such as stock photography or font licenses) that may apply.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may incorporate or depend on third-party platforms, including Google Business Profile, domain registrars, hosting providers, and AI communication tools. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing changes, or policy changes of any third-party service. Material changes by a third party that affect service delivery will be communicated to you as promptly as possible.

SMS Communications

With your explicit consent, Paper Street Software may send customer-care texts for conversational replies when you text us, occasional appointment or account notices, and payment-link delivery when you request it. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, search ranking improvements, or lead volumes as a result of our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Paper Street Software's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Paper Street Software and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where material changes are made, will provide reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
